Our Recruiting Process

We utilize a detailed recruiting process to ensure you are provided with the right candidates for your company.
 
1.  Review the job description with the hiring manager.  Discuss main objectives of the position.
2.  Conduct research to identify a pool of qualified talent.
3.  Review our database for candidates to add to the talent pool.
4.  Source and thoroughly recruit for the position utilizing all sources to obtain qualified talent.
5.  Speak with candidates and qualify them against the job requirements.
6.  Narrow down and remove candidates who are unqualified or not interested.
7.  Conduct detailed interviews with top candidates
8.  Submit candidates to hiring manager for review. 
9.  Schedule interviews with selected candidates.
10.  Follow up with candidates after interviews to determine interest level in client position and company.
11.  Follow up with hiring manager after interviews to determine interest level in candidates.
12.  Discuss with hiring manager next steps including additional interviews or a possible offer being made.
13.  Present job offer to the selected candidate or candidates.  Discuss all benefits of the client company and role with the candidate to ensure an accepted offer.  This can include company culture, compensation package, and other exciting aspects of the position.
14.  Notify hiring manager of the candidate’s acceptance and prepare the candidate on boarding process.
15.  Follow up with candidate to ensure a timely start date and transition into their new role.
